How to get ARAMCO Vendor No.? ✨

Requesting registration link from Saudi ARAMCO website
Open Aramco Supplier and select “in-kingdom” if you are a Saudi Arabian supplier.
2. Complete the supplier self-registration request form.
Ensure that you input accurate details. You can use this video as a guide.
3. Within the next 48 hours, you’ll receive an email telling you to complete your registration via SAP Ariba.
If you Don’t have an account with SAP Ariba? No problem! Just, use the last video as a guide to create one. However, if you have an account, simply sign in with your username and password.
4. After logging into your existing SAP Ariba account (or creating a new one), go to Ariba proposal and Questionnaire.
Next, find your way to the supplier qualification questionnaire. Fill in all the requirements and submit. Or save it to complete later.
ARAMCO Registration requirements
Documentation requirements depend on if you are a service or product provider. If you are a product provider, ensure all documents listed below (Inside Kingdom registration Manufacturer product/ provider) are ready upon registration. On the other hand, if you are a service provider, ensure that all documents listed below (inside kingdom registration service provider/ Contractor) are ready upon registration.
Inside kingdom registration Manufacturer (product provider):
A. Government documents:
- Commercial Registration (CR) Certificate
- Commercial Activities
- the Industrial LicenseCertification
- the SAGIA Certification (ifapplicable)
- Zakat Certification
- VAT Certification
- GOSI Certification
- Civil Defense License or anequivalent Government License such as Modon, RC, etc
- The Chamber of Commerce &Industry Membership Certification
B. Aramco documents:
- Original acknowledgment of Saudi Aramco’s (could be found on SAP Ariba Supplier Registration Questionnaire
- Bank letter assigned to Aramco.
- A valid Company Ownership Profile with required supporting documents such as owners’ IDs/ passports.
- Authorized Signatory Letter identifying the Authorized Company Employees dealing with Saudi Aramco.
- Cybersecurity Compliance Certificate.
C. Quality Documents:
- ISO 9001:2015
- Manufacturing Plant Evaluation Questionnaire
- All managers’ CVs.
- Records of actions to address risks and opportunities.
- Minutes of the last management review meeting
- Internal audit schedule and summary of most recent internal audit records of QMS
- List of in-house and outsourced; processes/activities/components.

- NCR control procedure and samples of NCR report.
